Whenever you see swirls, abandon all hope of striped candies. Look for corner matches of 5, bombs are totally the way to go. Plus it’s easier than getting 4 in a row most of the time.
I quit Candy Crush about every ten levels or so, but then I wind up with not much to do on the subway (except work) so I end up crawling back. It may be stupid and mindless but it’s weirdly more fun than most of the games on the App Store.
I love doing this on my phone, King might have made a fun game but they’re an awful company. Don’t give them your money–just have your phone pretend Daylight Savings Time came early.
I’ve never had a big problem with bombs as long as I can get to the bottom of the level and set off a cascade. But yeah, the timed levels are super annoying when they have bombs too.
