• To beat level 79 in Candy Crush Saga, clear all 55 jelly tiles from the board while scoring at least 100,000 points in 40 moves or fewer.


• Clear the chocolate in the middle column first. If the licorice Xs keeping it in place give way, you might end up with chocolate all over the board which would be SUPER embarrassing.
• If you’re super careful about it, you can focus down the top jelly tiles first as long as you don’t break any licorice Xs in the process. This is not the best strategy, because large blasts from special candy combos are always the most effective method.
• Only after the chocolate is taken care of do we aim for the meringues. They hide more delicious jelly tiles.
• Make a special candy combination (like wrapped + striped) to clear out the remaining jelly. As always color bombs will take care of all of your problems, but who can make color bombs in this day and age? Look for close groups of 2 candies of the same color to spot a color bomb opening.
