•  The goal of level 284 is to clear 39 double-jelly squares and get at least 75,000 points in just 40 moves.


• Try for striped candies as they are easy to make with only four colors and play a huge role in eliminating jelly squares. When you make them, try to position them in a row or column filled with jelly squares. This way, you’ll maximize the amount of damage you deal to the jellies and save yourself a move or two.
• Eliminate jelly squares while you eliminate the meringues. Keep in mind that these are five-layer meringues; no small task to destroy. However, they are well-worth the effort, as they provide you with more space to make special candies and clear out jellies.
• Don’t forget about the jellies while you go after the meringues. Try to plan each move so you are dealing damage to both meringues and jelly squares.
• The bombs can be easily taken out with a striped candy. Keep in mind that these bombs explode when you they have 7 moves left. You can take care of them one at a time if you’d like, but it’s far easier (and saves you some moves) if you take them out in one fell swoop.  Fortunately, they are all in a neat column, and a vertical striped candy can make easy work of them.
