• The goal of this level is to obtain 60,000 points within 30 moves. Getting 2,000 points a turn on average seems easy, right? Not when the top rows are blocked by a full complement of licorice Xs. These annoying blockers are preventing any new candy from entering the board, so any matches you make that don’t get rid of licorice will create blank spaces near the top that make it even harder to remove the Xs.


• Obviously, you’ll need to destroy these Xs right away by matching the candies inside. If you can’t match any of them, make vertically striped special candies to destroy them from below and allow new candies onto the board. Bombs are just about useless here, unless you can set them off immediately adjacent to the licorice.
• After the licorice is gone, this level is all about racking up the highest score possible. Fill Odus’s Moon Struck meter as much as possible and explode bombs to trigger lots of cascades. The faster you get to 60,000, the more turns you’ll have to convert into bonus points during Sugar Crush.
