• The requirements for this level seem simple at first: drop five ingredients through the puzzle in 30 moves and end up with over 55,000 points. The problem lies with all the licorice Xs at the bottom–they’re blocking the way.


• Since you can’t get rid of ingredients with licorice in the way, removing it should be your first priority. With some judicious use of bombs close to the bottom, you should have no trouble blowing a hole through the blockers big enough to begin removing ingredients. Any vertically striped candies you can get will also be helpful, but will only destroy the licorice Xs over a given set of squares–not the candy underneath. You’ll need to remove the candies separately if you want to get rid of any ingredients above them.
• Horizontally striped candies can be very useful for removing an entire row of licorice in one shot, making your board much easier to move around.
• Be careful of Odus! Since the candies that are trapped under the Xs can’t be moved, removing them might require you to tip Odus one way or another. You might need to take a turn to push him back towards the middle to prevent the level from ending.
