• In this level, the jelly is (as usual) hidden under some very thick pieces of meringue. Unfortunately, the meringue is also buried under a double layer of licorice Xs which prevent you from removing it right away. You’ll also have two chocolate fountains and some candy bombs to deal with, but those two threats can potentially cancel one another out in a few turns, so don’t worry about them right away.


• Instead, focus on destroying the licorice any way you can. The quickest and most straightforward way to do this is to use special candies, most notably bombs. When placed in corners, wrapped bombs can wreak havoc on this level’s blockers.
• Vertically striped candies can also blast through blockers, and destroy any candy bombs and chocolate above them to boot. They’re incredibly useful early in the game.
• Trigger a Moon Struck as soon as you can to remove one color from the game for a brief span of time.
