There are a ton of chocolate fans in this level. They will be the hardest thing about this level.

Focus on the row of chocolate squares at the bottom of the board first. They are blocking the exit portals for your ingredients. Horizontal matches are especially useful here.
After working on those, move on to the chocolate squares the fans are shooting off. You shouldn’t let more than 3 or 4 accumulate at a time.
Work from the bottom. This will increase your chances of causing a candy cascade which will not only boost your score, but clear up a lot of space for you.
You’ll need a lot of space if you’re going to get all of those ingredients down to the bottom of the board in 25 moves or less.
Odus and his Moon Struck are great tools for this level. It isn’t always easy to get your candies to cascade, so using Odus is a good way to clear up a similar amount of space. Plus, Moon Struck has a good chance of eliminating some chocolate squares as well.
