• The goal of level 491 is to bring down 2 ingredients while scoring 20,000 points in 40 moves or less. The problem is that they are trapped by a large multi-layered meringue obstacle.

• Start off by clearing the bottom corners and sides of the meringue obstacle. Do this by making special candies such as horizontal striped candies and wrapped candies.
• A wrapped+wrapped candy combination is great as well as a wrapped+striped combination on the very bottom.
• You don’t want to move the ingredients until the meringue below it is mostly cleared, because the ingredients are blocking 2 candy bomb dispensers that will spew out candy bombs.
• If candy bombs are released before you have room to clear them, there is a good chance that you won’t have time to clear them before they detonate, which would cause you to lose the level.
• Special candies are your best bet for easily clearing the meringues. Horizontal striped candies are good because they will chip away at the whole row.
• If you happen to make a wrapped candy, try to match it with another wrapped candy because the resulting effect (a large explosion) will take out a huge number of meringues.
• If you are going to settle for making matches of three, make sure that they are adjacent to the meringues and can chip away at them.
