• The objective of this level is to clear all the jelly and score 50,000 points in 30 moves. It’s no mean feat, especially since they’re all double-layered and thirteen squares of jelly are trapped behind licorice Xs. You’ll have to use a great many special candies wisely in order to get past this one.


• You must remove the licorice cages in order to reach the jelly behind it to complete the level, so concentrate on removing as much licorice as you can right away. Not only will you be closer to removing the jelly directly, you’ll also be opening the board up for more mobility.
• Begin along the sides to taper down the square of licorice. Beginning on the bottom middle can create blank spaces if more candy can’t flow in to replace the candy you remove. There are certain exceptions; in the screenshot above, making a match on the bottom will remove a licorice X and create a horizontal striped candy that can be used to remove more licorice, so it’s a good move there.
• Try to make striped and wrapped candies to clear out jelly more quickly. This will also cause a cascading effect that will allow more matches with one move.
• Plan your moves wisely. Make sure every move you make helps you achieve your goal by clearing jelly or breaking the licorice cages since you only have 30 moves.
