• Level 31 is another jelly challenge, where you’ll need to clear 14 squares of single-layer jelly to move on. You have 15 moves to do this and also accumulate 20,000 points. Here’s where the tricky part comes in: the jelly is all located in isolated two-square rectangles hovering over the main 3×9 grid at the bottom. There’s no way to use matching in order to remove these jellies.


• The only way to beat level 31–which is a tricky one–is to make special candy combinations. Vertical striped candies will go a long way and so will a strategically picked color bomb. But if you really want to get past this level, you’ll need to get a little fancy. If you can, try forming a striped candy + wrapped candy combination. It will knock out most of the jellies you need to clear.
• Keep resetting your board looking for good opening moves on the bottom. Keep an eye out for a board whose first move could easily be a vertical striped candy or a color bomb. Remember, horizontal candies are virtually useless in this level, so don’t bother forming them unless you  can make it part of a special candy combo.
