• The 18 move bomb in the middle of the level is your biggest threat. Make sure to destroy it right away. It has a timer of 18 when the level starts. This is complicated by the five-layered meringues surrounding it on all sides. It’s a big commitment, but well worth getting out of the way first.
• Striped candies are especially effective for destroying meringue tiles.
• After dealing with the bomb, break through the meringue tiles. The meringues separate you from most of the special candies on the level that you will need to win.
• Your best chance of getting color bombs lies with the mystery candies. Because of this a good chunk of level 294 is luck. If a few of the mystery candies turn out to be color bombs, you should be able to knock this one out and move on to 295. If not, there are still opportunities to make some color bombs of your own, although this is much more difficult than finding them in mystery candies. Don’t restart the game if you don’t get lucky.
