  • Level 125 is shaped very inconveniently, with lots of nooks and crannies for licorice swirls and double-layered meringue to hide in while they block your access to jelly. You’ll want to get rid of as much meringue as possible to start, exposing jelly for when you begin setting off special candies.

  • Just about every kind of special candy is of use for this level. Color bombs are very handy for reaching jelly that’s hard to access, once the blocker covering it is gone. Vertically striped candies are great for making combos with color bombs, of course, but also for jelly and meringue removal; wrapped candies are very handy on their own, since they can reach around corners to destroy licorice if optimally placed.
  • Using Odus’s Moon Struck will also help dramatically in removing meringue and jelly from the field of play. It will also briefly make the level a five-color board, making cascades much more likely to occur. Trigger as many as possible while Odus is gone, since the owl will be all the more likely to fall off the moon when it returns.

Have tried all those tips over and over and over and…….so on. Problem is that there are very few opportunities to make combos as most of them are just triples and when getting a stripe the only move is to use it, promptly toppling Odus. Have got to a few moonstrucks but when lucky enough to get a bomb it is a certainty that the owl falls off even when used on a neutral color. The only time it is useful is when there are far too many jellies yet to be cleared when the game is kind enough to allow play on as it seems to be programmed that it is impossible to clear whatever remains in the few moves left. It seems to be pure luck as strategy has proved totally useless the way candies fall after a move. Thinking of giving CC Dreamworld a miss now as it has become far to boring not being able to get past this level.

What exactly is the secret to win level 125? Have tried all evening after many losses on previous evenings and get to the Moonstruck . Have saved a number of combos including 2 chocolate bombs, a couple of wraps and three stripes. Got this far at least 4 times in the past 2 hours. The Moonstruck goes well and I am on a winner, so I thought. Watching the videos one gets another chocolate bomb, sets it off and succeeds the level. Every time I do that the owl falls off the scale and I mean EVERY time. No matter how careful I chose my moves Odus falls off as if the game deliberately fails my attempts. Is this meant to be? Is it the intention to frustrate a player every time? It is no wonder to see on forums that players are getting totally fed up with the game and I am certainly on the edge to quit. If my experience is a typical feature of this level that others may also find, I shall go to the app store looking for a more enjoyable game.

Been stuck for days. Seems that the only way is to try and clear all blocks and make dozens of combos in just 12 moves. Then, when the Moonstruck starts the entire board will be cleared. Of course this is Dreamland and one may get there in one’s dreams. Plenty of times had a few combos but not enough moves left to finish. The most frustrating thing is that the Moonstruck gives chances to make color bombs and stripes but only one move to do so when the owl returns. Use the bomb or any combo and he falls off. Seems to be a feature of this level to ensure I cannot win. Looking at some other games because this one is no longer any fun.

I surrender. I am not a quitter but now having reached more attempts at this level then all episodes in CC and Dreamworld combined, the time has come to say goodbye. Played another 4 hours solidly only to find that the owl is now dead as I just shot him. Nice to have had your company for now. One of my children can use my medium if inclined to continue, I give it up as a lost cause. Maybe get back for another try in a few months and if nothing has changed will delete this game for good. Seems stupid to continue with something that can not be done unless winning lotto. That also is a dream.

Dreamworld Candy Crush 125 … It needs to be changed by King. This level on android is a joke. It is not fun and very annoying to read that it is easier to play on facebook. Pure luck or expense upon expense buying 5 more moves at a time is the only way I have found of beating this level. Many players have said goodbye to playing Dreamworld … thanks to this level.

There are not enough moves to complete this. I’ve been stuck for about a week on this, and haven’t come close. It’s hard enough keeping Otis from falling. Need a fix here.
