• The board layout in level 519 consists of a large X of licorice swirls that divide the board into four quadrants and a separate bottom row that is made up of alternating marmalade color bombs and mystery candies.

• You are going to want to start out the level by seeing if you can make any color bombs right off the bat. There are only five types of candy on the board, so making color bombs should be a little easier than on other levels.
• When you make a color bomb, use it immediately on any color candy.
• That every candy of that color will be cleared from the board, which will give you more opportunity to make matches of five with other colors to get additional color bombs.
• When you are out of color bombs and don’t think you can make any more, start to chip away at the licorice swirls to unify the four corners of the board.
• Continue to look for matches of five while you clear away the licorice.
• When the licorice is all clear you will have much more space on the board to make matches.
• Don’t waste moves or candies making wrapped candies.
• Make vertical striped candies in the same columns as the marmalade color bombs to clear the whole column and free them from the marmalade.
• You can then match the color bombs with the mystery eggs to help you make more opportunity for color bombs on the upper section of the board.
• Freeing and matching the bottom row color bombs will get you a third of the way to the 12 color bomb objective.
• The mystery candies might also yield striped candies or even more color bombs.
• When the bottom row has been replaced with normal candies, continue to try for color bombs on the upper portion of the board until you reach your goal.
